Zerootravel

Trips planned by your travel advisor, booked and paid securely with Zerootravel.

Zerootravel is the booking and payment platform behind independent travel advisors. Your advisor plans your trip and sets your price. We book the hotels, event tickets and experiences with our suppliers, take your payment securely, and send your confirmation, tickets and vouchers.

Seen Zerootravel on your card statement?

A charge shown as ZT* ADVISOR NAME or ZEROOTRAVEL is a booking you made through that travel advisor on Zerootravel. Your confirmation email has the booking details and reference. For questions about your trip, contact your advisor. For questions about a charge, email support@zerootravel.com with your booking reference.

How it works

  1. Your advisor sends you a quote link. It shows the options they have chosen for you, with their prices.
  2. You choose and pay securely. Payments are by card through our payment processor. We never store your full card details, and we do not charge card surcharges.
  3. We book and confirm. We book with the hotel, ticket or experience supplier and email your confirmation and receipt. Tickets and vouchers follow as soon as the supplier issues them.

What you can book

HotelsAccommodation worldwide, with the cancellation terms of each rate shown before you pay.

Your booking

Prices

Your advisor sets the price you pay. It is shown in your currency before you pay, and taxes are included unless stated. Your bank may add its own fees for currency conversion.

Cancellations and refunds

Each hotel, ticket and experience has its own cancellation terms, shown before you pay. Event tickets are usually non refundable. Where a refund is due, it goes back to your original payment method. See our terms for the details.

Receipts and tax invoices

Your receipt is attached to your confirmation email. If you need a tax invoice, ask your advisor and they will send one to you.
